Just got off the phone with TT customer service, and they have no clue what they’re doing.
The WMR app and IRS transcript code 846 says my refund was SENT on 2/24 (yesterday). I check my bank today, 2/25, and there’s still no refund. I also checked my TT account and the refund progress bar hasn’t even updated to say “refund sent”.
Why isn’t TT aligned with my IRS refund delivery date? Why hasn’t progress bar updated?
