Will The federal due taxes collect from IRS on the date that I decided?

I was supposed to pay to IRS but they did not collected the money from direct debit

The direct debit will occur on or after the date you specified when you selected the direct debit option.  If the amount owed has not been debited within 10 days after your return was accepted, there is a phone number in the article below which you can call to follow-up with the IRS.
