My account number and routing are the same on my tax forms I did her and the once’s on my app account for my card there not diff so I don’t see why it won’t get deposit there.

If you look at your tax returns all of our information got to TurboTax account first so they can get their money first you card account does not match what's on your tax papers

If we do not get a proper answer from customer service, let's boycott this service and not recommend it to any other people. This is absolutely ridiculous. People are dying and everyone is scared. We just want our money to pay for our living expenses like food and rent. Is that too much to ask? How can such a big company like Intuit with such a popular product like TurboTax not have the answer to this important question? The company seems to not care about its customers and therefore I, along with millions of others who have used this TT card option, will take our business elsewhere. Bye bye. Extremely disappointed and EXTREMELY ANGRY.

I had fees taken out and my routing and account number on my page 2 of my tax forms EXACTLY MATCH MY TURBO CARD DIRECT DEPOSIT routing and account number.

Im confused on why there is no info on this. And the info that TT keeps trying to give us has nothing to do with our question. I have a friend who got a tax card through H&R block and she recived hers already. Im confused on why TT has "no info" when its their job to be in contact with the IRS. Plus if they really cared about their customers, they would have figured all this out for us when they first started talking about sending them out. I already gotta fight to stay afloat rn. Why do i have to fight to try and get the money thats ment to help me?
