If you choose to have your refund by direct deposit on your 2019 return, then your stimulus money will also come by direct deposit.  If you did not choose direct deposit on your 2019, then you will be mailed a check.

are you asking about the refund or the stimulus? they are different

the stimulus payment will come the same way the 1st one did.  

any refund from your taxes is predicated upon what instructions you provided on the tax return.
