Will IL state directly deduct from my bank if I amended my 2023 tax returns. Turbotax for Fed asked to confirm my bank details but never asked for state. Can I get help?

I had to do amendment for 2023 tax returns. When I filed for amendment via Turbotax, the software has asked to confirm the bank details for deduction for Fed, but for state, it didn't ask. It just showed the page to confirm my identification(DL/ID). But I owe to state also. In this case, will IL state directly deduct from my bank or will I have to pay IL via check. In my original 2023 filing, I was asked to confirm my bank details for IL state. Can someone help me how should I proceed in this situation ?
