neither Turbotax nor this forum has access to your return. what seems to be the issue? what year?

When you efiled, was your efile accepted?  You can check at your online TurboTax account at the Tax Home.   

 

If you are due a Federal refund, then you should eventually receive it, unless the IRS finds something wrong with the return or if there is any offset for a debt.   Delayed processing of the return at the IRS does not necessarily mean you won't get it or that it will be lessened; it only means that for some reason it is taking longer than usual.   Only the IRS can tell you why there is a delay, and you can phone them to inquire, if desired.   Is there any message at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

As for TurboTax charging your bank account, are you referring to a recent auto-debit?  Did you originally choose to pay the TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund?   If you did, and if there has been a considerable delay at the IRS, TurboTax would eventually want to be paid for its fees.   They should have started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you didn't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they would ultimately debit your bank account. If you didn't get the emails, check other email accounts and also the spam/junk folders.
