Wife's AGI rejected

disappointed that TT couldnt be filed electronically. It would not acept my wifes income for last year but did accept mine. It is a stupid question because I file as married filing joint so are income is one and the same. Is there a fix for this or do I need to file by mail?

Wife's AGI rejected

Try changing the 2023 AGI to 0 (zero) for your spouse and e-filing again.  If that also fails then change the 2023 AGI to 0 for both of you and e-file again.  If that also fails then you will have to print and mail your tax return.

Wife's AGI rejected

To E-file your tax return, you will need EITHER last year's self-created 5-digit PIN, or last year's AGI (adjusted gross income). Your 5-digit PIN isn't saved anywhere; in this case you can use you AGI instead.

Your 2023 AGI is located within your prior-year tax documents Form 1040, Line 11.

There are a few reasons why your AGI, even if it is correct, it might not work, such as if your 2023 return was processed after April 15th, 2024. In this case, you can try putting "0" for the AGI. See the link below for more details and scenarios. If after trying with "0" it keeps getting rejected, you will have to paper-file your return.

How do I find last year's AGI?

If you filed Married last year, the AGI should be the same for both. If not, try putting "0" for her.
