why wont it let me select to pay with refund?

im trying to select pay with refund but it wont let me.

There are various reasons whey you cannot use pay with refund. 

Since the pay with refund option has a $40 additional charge and your tax refund is sent to a third party processor for removing the TurboTax account fees thereby adding additional time and possible delay in the refund, it is probably good that you cannot use that option.

Pay the TurboTax fees with a credit card or debit card.
