@EbonyA my refund and tax forms are eligible for the advance, but I didn't receive an offer eithe . Is there a way to to still receive it? I just filed a few minutes ago.

I would like to know why I wasn’t I approved for the loan and I meet all the requirements

@Taxmas, If you weren’t approved, you will receive an email from First Century Bank, N.A. with the reason for denial and contact
information if you have additional questions about the decision.

@KMC15 unfortunately there is no way to apply for the advance after you have already filed.
