I still haven't received my loan advance and it been more than. 48 hours and the IRS accpect my refund on January 22nd and I was found eligible for a 250$ loan

Turbo tax live expert was not trained or educated enough and told me to just file after ensuring i had the tax advance loan option by telling me to choose "5 day early" option. How will you resolve this?
