The Turbo Visa Debit Card app/website is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. You will need to try again later. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.
I understand that a lot of people are trying to access the app and calling the 800 number due to stimulus payments BUT I always use this card and I leave my money in the stashed option and only move money over as I need it. I have been trying since 7am to get in to transfer money to my available balance and no luck, cant log in. I am so irritated because I can't talk to no one and cant access my money, this is crazy. I have 3 children I have to go to the supermarket for... What am I supposed to do?
