three possible reasoms

1) you asked that your Turbotax fees be taken out of your refund, or you got an advance

2) you made an error 

30 the iRS made an error

for 2 or 3 you should get a letter in2 to 3 weeks explaining the changes. Then, if the iRS is incorrect follow the instructions for disputing the changes.
