Why is my colorado state still pending

Finally received email from TT that CO was accepted, went to CO site doesn't show accepted. I'll check later today since I'm guessing it is processing and should update later today. Still don't understand why when majority of the processes are electronic the delay after CO started accepting returns. Told 2/4 TT says accepted 2/21. We'll see what CO says later this afternoon.

I finally got an email from TT saying that my state file has been approved.

Just FYI. 

Yes, like everyone else it now shows accepted BUT....still a disclosure on time frame. 

Your 12/31/2023 return was received on 2/12/2024. Your return is being processed. No action is required by you at this time. Please allow 2-6 weeks for the processing of your return and refund.

Mine was accepted last night. Checked the Colorado Revenue Portal and its checked through the first 3 stages. Just needs to be approved and sent (last stage). Hopefully it will get deposited soon.

They’ve been so slow this year. Usually they’ve been really quick.

I filed Colorado state return on February 12. TurboTax site says February 13, and still pending. I understand there’s a delay, but it has been 9 days! How much longer??

Correct, they are starting to clear the back log. I filed mine weeks ago and finally my status changed this morning to accepted.

I filed the same as you and am seeing the same thing regarding my state refund! I’ve been told by more than one person that they are so incredibly backlogged that some people are still in limbo whilst others have been approved/processed! My best advice is to hang tight and remain patient! It honestly could be weeks before we no longer see it in pending status! Just know you are not alone! Give it till early March before you take further measures!

Please be patient!! I filed mine on 02/01 and just got an email today that Colorado finally accepted it. My guess it will happen sometime this week for everyone ㅤ◡̈

It’s at least showing accepted. The strange thing is on the Colorado revenue side, it’s still not showing it’s been submitted. So, looks like it could be a very long time!
