Why is it taking so long to save data ?

TurboTax iPhone app has been hung on "saving your data" for over 30 minutes. Your advice to clear the web browser cookies and cache doesn’t really apply. Any other suggestions?

You can try to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. You can also try restarting your device and making sure the Google Play/IOS is up to date. If all that does not work, I would suggest using the link provided below to reach out to customer support for assistance:
