TurboTax Support has no control over or information about what all the IRS is doing with your return.
For the last few weeks, the IRS has not been manually processing returns due to the Coronavirus situation. Some centers are gradually opening back up in a few less-affected states, and some IRS call centers have taken some calls.
If you received a letter from the IRS saying they are going to review your return, there may be a phone number on your IRS letter. If so, I'd try that one first. Or you can try reaching the IRS using the steps below. If unsuccessful, I'll also tell you below how to reach a IRS Taxpayer Advocate.
800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
If you can't reach the IRS, then most IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service offices are still taking phone calls.
You can try contacting the IRS Taxpayer Advocate for your area. They are especially prone to help if you have an economic hardship, or if there have been continued delays with lack of info from the IRS. At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.
