Why haven't I received my refund yet

Has your return(s) been accepted?  If your returns have been accepted, you can check your refund status on the IRS website, Where's My Refund.  If you have a State refund, you can check refund status on your State's website.  TurboTax does not get any updates about your return or refund once your returns have been accepted.
