Why haven't i got my return

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

 I haven’t received my refund either and it has been 21 days. This tool doesn’t seem very helpful for a lot of cases as every time I log in, it just says still processing.
