And my irs where my refund status says my refund was approved for the same amount and will be mailed by march 24th

If you have already received your Refund Advance then your remaining federal and entire state tax refund (after fees are deducted)  will be deposited to your Credit Karma Money Spend account once the IRS or state processes your refund.
