Why hasn't my tax return been accepted by the IRS or the state of Illinois when I file two days ago?

Every time I usually file it's been accepted within 24 hours but this year it's different it hasn't been accepted yet.

The pending status means that your federal and state returns haven't been accepted or rejected yet.
