Why hasn't my federal return been updated with the American Rescue Plan because I took an Advance Premium Tax Credit?

I received the email that it was expected to update by 03/19/2021.  It did update on my girlfriend's TT account but mine is still asking if I want to wait or file without it.

Taxpayers who filed a 2020 tax return and reported an excess advance premium tax credit repayment on Line 29 of Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit, should not file an amended tax return only to get a refund of this amount.
