Remember, TurboTax is a tax preparation platform. Once the IRS has accepted the tax return, TurboTax is no longer involved in the process. Check your emails that you received once you e-filed the return, to verify that the IRS accepted your return. If indeed you have received that e-mail, then TurboTax is out of the picture. The IRS does not share status updates or any action taken on your return once accepted.
Log back into your TurboTax account to make sure that your return was not rejected. If it shows e-filed then I suggest you try to contact the IRS.

That's precisely what I'm saying, though. When I log in the message says, "Ariel, your 2021 federal return was accepted!" I have an email that says the same. Why, then, would the IRS website tell me that my 2021 return has not been processed?
@arielw Only the IRS controls when your refund is issued. TurboTax only gave you an estimated date for the refund. But TT has no control. The IRS is in control
