Why does my State printout have a "do not file" watermark?

When I download my forms for the most recent year to mail in my state forms, my IL one has a "do not file" and "not final" watermark on it. Did I do something wrong or is that okay to print anyway?

Are you using TurboTax Online or the CD / Download? If you are using the cd / downloaded version, you may need to update your program. Here is the link to do so:? https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301964
