The IRS would be the only ones that would know why your return is delayed.  Did your return include the Earned Income Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit?  If it does, see the following on delaying some refunds.

• The IRS expects the earliest Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by  March 1 if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.
