Why can't I use my visa card?

Yes I've had it for years. TT doesn't accept Visa though,only credit. There's also a free version for low income I found but it keeps taking me right back to pay with CC. I'm running out of time,heck can't even afford to call them,never expected these fees,never ever have had to pay until this year.
