Why can't I see or download my State of Massachusetts completed tax return?

I can download and print my completed federal tax form, but I can't access my state of Massachusetts form.

If you sign in to your TurboTax account, what status shows for your state?

Did you pay for the state return? TT Online won't let you print until you pay.

I'm having the same problem, with Turbo Tax Premier on a Mac. I completed my Federal and Massachusetts returns. I e-filed Federal. I couldn't e-file my MA because of some details on the return. When I completed the Federal e-file and selected the option to save for my records, the printout didn't include the MA return.  But I need to print it out and mail it, so I went back to the "print" tab, but when I click 'print', the program hangs.

After force-quitting and restarting the app, the next time, I got a "We ran into trouble" popup asking for details about what I was doing. Filled that out and submitted, and reloaded the return.  Also closed some other programs just in case TT was running into memory issues.  This time, when I went to print, it took a LONG time, but it actually did generate the printout, including the state return this time.
