Why can't I download or print my return? The buttons just flash and then nothing. Been that was for two days.

Have you paid the TT fees? Also, if you are including the worksheets, the file could be very large. Try printing a few pages at a time, and make sure there's enough memory for any downloads.

Yes, I have paid. The file does not even try to download. It just flashes once and the download fails to start. When I try the Virtual Help it just says Whoops, something is wrong. Been doing that for two days. I need a copy. Thanks.
