Why can't I access my 2016 tax returns? Turbo only gives me access to 2017, 2018, and 2019. They also won't let me talk to a specialist about it. Very frustrating.

Can anyone give me any advice as to a solution here? I would greatly appreciate it!

First, make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Otherwise, the instructions won't work. Click on How do I access a prior year return?

I’m so frustrated, I need help and to connect to a live person for it. But I can’t seem to get help with any number or Ai. I still haven’t received my 2023 return. Awful
