While we are unable to stop a return that has already been filed, you will have options to make changes.  These options will depend on the status of your filed return (Pending, Rejected, or Accepted):

Pending - Please wait for the IRS to accept or reject your return.

Rejected - If the IRS rejects your return, you will be able to make changes to the return and then refile.

Accepted - If the IRS accepts your return, you will need to make changes by amending your return.
