where's my state refund status change

Both my federal and state taxes were e-filed on the same day (1/15/22). I have received by federal refund; however, state didn't start processing until 2/1/22. I have been checking every week since it has been in processing. Today 4/15/22 it is now showing it has been received. How can it go from being received to accepted to processing back to received?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

It was "accepted" on February 1. Then it was "processing" for 10 weeks. Now the status is "received" again. How can it be received twice??
