You can easily track the status of your return and refund by using the following online tools.  

TurboTax Online e-file status lookup tool, which allows you to see what stage of the process your return is in.

Where's My Refund? at IRS.gov, is used to see when you can expect your refund.  Keep in mind the IRS can take up to 21 days to process your return and release your refund; also, just as a heads up, each individual bank can take up to additional 24-48 hours before making your funds available to you.
