Where’s my refund

This has been the most stressful time trying to track my money. I received my state taxes into credit Karma and was only able to instant transfer 500 and the rest is hung up saying I have to do a direct deposit to my bank account with a wait of 2 days. My deposit date was today per the WMR . IRS sent my federal to sbb and they have taken the fees but will not release into my credit karma account. This has by far been the worst experience possible. Next year this won’t happen because I’m not using any of these services. I even tried to use my credit karma debit card to pay for a service after I couldn’t transfer and it declined although the money was there, the merchant almost called the police on me and my children. All my bills in my BOA have bounced.
