Where's my refund

So I tend to be a nervous Nellie when it comes to issues of my hard earned money. I've filed with turbo tax for years other than last year when I didn't file and I've always had fees deducted from my return, never had an issue. Irs says today is my deposit day. I'm having it send to my cash app and I double checked my DD info to make sure it was correct. I tried to check it on sbtg website and it's saying it cant find an account with my social and info. They haven't opened yet according to their business hours so could this be why it hasn't been released or why it hasn't been showing up on their end? I've been seeing all these horror stories with Soth and it's starting to make me freak out that I won't be getting it. I really need the money it's not much. Under $1000
