Where’s my refund?

Hello my name is [PII Removed] I submitted my self-employment tax returns on 2/28/22 and had them approved the same day. TurboTax in the app tells me if my refund should be here in 3 weeks and sadly by now it’s been 4 weeks. I was curious if you may be able to help me locate my refund?

They were not Approved the same day.  Rather, they were Accepted (received) for processing. Approval is a alter step.  While the IRS goal for this is 21 days, to can take longer.  See:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
