you all stated on Thursday December 7th that my refund would be deposited into my account within 3 business days and today makes 3. Why am I chasing my refund, I have the information from IRS that Civista bank has my money.
Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

I am in the very same situation I cant get my refund from them either, I have been chasing them I cant get anyone to give me any positive answers. The phone is only a voice mail and the Email kicks back everything I send them. I think Turbo should really take a long look at who they do business in the future.
