Where is my 2016 refund from civista bank

you all stated on Thursday December 7th that my refund would be deposited into my account within 3 business days and today makes 3. Why am I chasing my refund, I have the information from IRS that Civista bank has my money.

Just fyi--Once your return is accepted by the IRS, TurboTax has no further control of how long it takes for the IRS to issue your refund. TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

REFUND PROCESSING FEE

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

I am in the very same situation I cant get my refund from them either, I have been chasing them I cant get anyone to give me any positive answers. The phone is only a voice mail and the Email kicks back everything I send them. I think Turbo should really take a long look at who they do business in the future.
