Where does it show an estimated date to receive taxes?

When you log into your TurboTax account, the estimated date can be found on the TurboTax home screen. Please see the attachment below.

FYI: IRS estimates that 9 out 10 taxpayers will receive their 2017 tax refund within 21 days.
