Where do I find the State Tax refund Worksheet for my 2019 taxes?

My 2020 tax return I'm working on says "Check this Entry: State Tax Refund Worksheet: Item Q line 2 should be entered.  Enter zero if none.  "How do I find this worksheet to get the information it's asking for?

Where do I find the state tax refund worksheet?  error message says to enter a number for item Q line 2 but without the worksheet, how am supposed to know what to enter?

It is looking for the amount claimed as a deduction for taxes paid as state and local personal property tax in the prior year. If this message is on your 2022 return and you did not have personal property taxes in 2021, you may enter 0.

If you did have personal property taxes in 2021 and need to review the amounts, you can view or download a copy with directions in this TurboTax Help article.  You will want to click the box to include worksheets, so you can view the State Tax refund Worksheet, which is not filed with the return.
