Where can I find "Routing Transit Number" and "Account Number" please. IRS send me a form 3911 because I did not receive my refund yet and ask me to fill this form.

That comes from the bank where you want your refund deposited. So you need to get that information form your bank. For ACH purposes, it may not bee the routing/account numbers on your checks either. So check with the bank directly.

It is on your check if you have a checking account.
