Where are tax tools and print center AFTER I efile?

We can tell you how to get there.   What is it that you are wanting to do?

Are you wanting to get a copy of your return PDF with all the worksheets?

Has your efiled return been accepted?   If not, it's best to wait until it is, in case it's rejected and you need to correct something.  Also, once accepted, the return PDF obtained at the Print Center should also have the Electronic Postmark.

Yes, I want to get a complete copy of returns and worksheets.  The menu I have now (after all returns were filed and accepted) only shows Turbotax, Tax home, Documents, Credit karma and Mint.  The full return with worksheets doesn’t come up under/with any of those alternatives.  I don’t have “ tax tools and print center” any more.  Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
