When will the IRS charge my checking account for due taxes? E-file return was accepted; but no charge yet.

I filed on Apr 4th; with same payment date. I received TurboTax notification that the IRS accepted my return; but it's been more than 10 days and my checking account hasn't been charged my due taxes. How long does it take IRS to process the charge? I don't want to incur penalties and I want to have a predictable cash flow.
