When will my refund be deposited if my bank is up to 2 days early?

The only date that the IRS will guarantee is the date listed when checking your refund on "Where's My Refund". To confirm if you will get the deposit earlier than that date, you should contact your financial institution.

I received my refund back in February but I amended my return to add a dependent and it shows adjusted on IRS website. Does it get direct deposited or do I get a check?
