When will I receive my tax refund for 2017?

I filed an extension for the 2017 tax year last April. I recently just filed my 2017 tax return before the Oct 15 deadline for extensions. I claimed the eic tax credit and want to know will I still recieve my tax refund in October if I filed this tax credit?

As long as the IRS does not deny the EIC the credit will be included in your tax refund after the IRS has Accepted, Processed, Approved and Issued the tax return.
