You have to call the state tax bureau; they do not notify TT.

I have received my Federal, not my state. I went to the IRS building and there was nothing they could do for me.

Of course the IRS cannot help with your state return.  The IRS is only concerned with your federal return.  You have to contact the state to ask about your state refund.

State was rejected several times because of incorrect or missing info with the Early Learning Credit

If it was rejected, then what have you done to get it filed?   Did you correct the missing information?  Did you e-file it or print sign and mail it?  "Rejected" means the state does not have it.

Ok. I pay someone to do mine and hes been doing it for years I never had this problem. I reached out to him several times and he's told me he's waiting on someone to walk him through to redo it but nothing has happened since April 20th.

So you did not even use TurboTax to prepare your return?  You have a paid tax preparer who messed up?
