The IRS will begin accepting returns on January 25. The IRS has up to 48 hours to accept or reject a return. Payments will begin processing February 5.

When you were going through the questions, one of them asked about the 2 stimulus payments and how much your received. Your answer then determined if you qualified for a missed amount. If you qualified, the program added it to your refund.
