Your account should not be closed, your account does not get closed when you finish your taxes.  You should have gotten an email from TurboTax on whether your return was accepted or rejected.  The IRS does not deduct your TurboTax fees from your refund.  Your refund is sent to the bank that handles the transaction.  They deduct your TurboTax fees and then deposit your remaining refund into your bank account.  It can take a day or two extra for that transaction.

If your account is truly closed and you did not close it, you should contact TurboTax support.
