When I completed my taxes there was a 2-3 page form with additional instructions. I tried to save it, to print later but was not able to. How do I get these instructions?

There are 2 ways to save the return ....Forms to be filed (includes the instruction cover sheet) & Forms to be filed with all the worksheets ...
