When i call the number to find out why i haven't gotten my card it say my birthday is a invalid entry every single time why is this?

I had the exact same problem with one of the phone numbers listed,  this is the only one that worked for me, 888-285-4169, also they can and will expedite your card for free so you get it within 3 days
