When GA state asks for the date of permanent disability is it asking for the date I officially left work or the federally affirmed date five months later?

I filed for permanent disability from my employer on 1/21/2018 but SSDI requires five additional months of disability before they officially affirm it. My federal disability is effective July 1.

Never mind; changing the date did not alter the outcome.
