When can you expect a state tax return ?

The website says 10-12 weeks but it’s been beyond that

The date is an estimate. the only option you have is to call the state department of revenue because once a return is mailed or e-filed and accepted, Turbotax gets no information about the status of the refund

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
