Just update the entries on the existing K-1. TurboTax's K-1 can contain carryover information transferred in from your previous year's K-1 that you would not want to lose by deleting the original. Do not enter the amended Schedule K-1 as a separate K-1 in addition to retaining the original, otherwise you will be double reporting.
